‘No Such Plan’: Priyanka Chahar Choudhary Dismisses Wedding Rumours With Ankit Gupta – News18

Actress Priyanka Chahar Choudhary has been the centre of attention lately due to the ongoing rumours about her potential wedding with actor Ankit Gupta. However, in a recent interview with ETimes TV, Priyanka quashed all the speculations, clarifying that marriage is not on her agenda at this time.

Addressing the rumours, the Udaariyaan actress shared, “When I read about the rumours of my marriage and people were tagging me on the news. Many of my friends also send me the news asking what it is. And I was shocked. I didn’t know from where the rumours started doing the rounds. Aisa kuch plan nahi hai guys (There is no such plan). Right now marriage is not on my mind and aisi koi baat main nahi kar rahi hoon (I am not discussing any such thing). Rest people like to talk unnecessarily and nobody can stop them. Unko bolne do jab kuch hoga aapko pata toh lag he jaayega (Let people speak, when something happens, you’ll come to know).”

When questioned about whether these rumours bother her, Priyanka replied, “The only thing that bother: me is that till the time the person who is involved in such news doesn’t respond, it shouldn’t be reported. Jiske baare mein aap bol rahe ho jab tak usse confirmation aa aajaye (Until you receive confirmation from the person you’re talking about) please don’t write about it. Just wait. If I am denying the news then you should not write a statement on behalf of anyone. Otherwise, I don’t have any problem. Anyways I am going to do what I have to.”

During the interview, Priyanka also emphasized that these rumours don’t affect her relationship with Ankit. “Third person, third party cannot enter our relationship. It doesn’t matter to us at all. If we have a fight with each other then that is a separate issue but we can never have a misunderstanding because of a third person,” she affirmed.

In March, Times Now reported that Priyanka and Ankit are “very serious about each other” and are allegedly planning to marry later this year. The portal claimed that the speculated wedding would take place in November or December 2024.

However, soon after the marriage reports surfaced, Priyanka took to her Instagram handle to debunk the claims. “It’s March!!! But lagta hai kuch media portals ka April’s Fool jaldi aagaya (But it seems like for some media portals, the April’s Fool has arrived early),” she wrote.
