OnePlus has announced the next iteration of software for its phones – OxygenOS 14. OxygenOS 14: OnePlus phones that will receive the Android 14 update
OnePlus has confirmed that the OxygenOS 14 open beta update will be available for several phones from October onwards.
The company has also announced that the OxygenOS 14 update will first roll out for the OnePlus 11 5G in mid-November, with other phones, including the OnePlus 11, OnePlus 10, OnePlus, Nord 2, and Nord 3 series, will recieve the update gradually.

OnePlus introduces Trinity Engine with OxygenOS 14, which optimises smartphone hardware performance through CPU, RAM, and ROM Vitalisation. CPU Vitalisation balances performance and power consumption, improving battery life by 20 minutes. RAM Vitalisation increases smoothness by 10%, allowing apps to run in the background for up to 72 hours. ROM Vitalisation addresses performance degradation with efficient algorithms. OnePlus promises a fast and smooth experience, even after 48 months of typical use on their phones running OxygenOS 14.
HyperRendering, HyperTouch, and HyperBoost for an improved gaming performance
With OxygenOS 14, OnePlus promises an improved gaming performance. The OxygenOS 14 brings HyperRendering, HyperTouch, and HyperBoost technologies to OnePlus phones. HyperRendering optimises graphics quality, while HyperTouch improves touch experience. HyperBoost deals with high power consumption without sacrificing stable-frame-rate experience using AI machine learning, intelligent performance control, and graphics element arrangement techniques.
