A shooting between rival groups left three people wounded at a celebration marking the end of Ramadan in Philadelphia on April 10. Philadelphia Police Commissioner said five people – three males, one female and a boy – were arrested after “young people actively engaged in gunfire.” However, the commissioner emphasised no one was killed in the shooting.
