The Odisha Staff Selection Commission (OSSC) has initiated the application process for the recruitment of Junior Enforcement Officer (JEO) and Junior Accountant (JA) positions. The registration process began on January 22 and will continue until February 21. The last date for the submission of the application form is set for February 24. Interested candidates are encouraged to apply online through the official OSSC website at ossc.gov.in.

The commission aims to fill a total of 31 positions through this recruitment drive. Out of these, 30 positions are designated for Junior Enforcement Officers, and 1 position is available for Junior Accountants.

OSSC JEO, JA Recruitment 2024: Eligibility Criteria

Age Requirement: To be eligible for these positions, candidates must be between 21 and 38 years old as of January 1, 2023.

Educational Qualification:

Junior Enforcement Officer: Candidates are required to possess a bachelor’s degree in any stream from a government-recognized university. Alternatively, retired military officers with a bachelor’s degree and basic computer knowledge are also eligible.

Junior Accountant: Candidates should have completed their +3 in Arts/Science/Commerce or hold qualifications equivalent to a +3 examination, along with proficiency in computer skills.
