Iran has supplied Russia with a significant number of potent surface-to-surface ballistic missiles, according to six sources cited by Reuters. The report comes as the two countries further solidify military cooperation despite facing sanctions from the US. Iran’s provision of around 400 missiles includes many from the Fateh-110 family of short-range ballistic weapons, such as the Zolfaghar, Reuters reported. The Zolfaghar is a road-mobile missile capable of targeting locations between 300 and 700 kilometres away, as per experts.
