The Gujarat Common Entrance Test (GUJCET) 2024 exam date has been revised to avoid a clash with the CBSE board exams 2024. Candidates can check the notice at GSEB’s official website at gseb.org. The exam was set to be conducted on April 2 but will now be held on March 31. The CBSE class 12 board exams are scheduled to be conducted from February 15 to April 2.
“As CBSE board exam is held on the said date, GUJCET – 2024 exam will be held on Sunday 31/03/2024 instead of 02/04/2024. This should be noted by school principals/guardians, students and all concerned,” states the official notice by GSEB.
GUJCET 2024 Exam Date: How to Check Notification
Step 1: Log on to GSEB’s official website.
Step 2: Look for the GUJCET 2024 link on the homepage and click on it.
Step 3: A new PDF file containing the notification will open.
Step 4: Check the notice, download it, and save it for further use.
The GUJCET is held for admission into various pharmacy and engineering courses across Gujarat and is conducted by the Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSEB). The exam features 120 multiple-choice questions from subjects like physics, chemistry, biology, and mathematics. One mark is given for each correct answer and 0.25 mark is deducted for each wrong answer. GUJCET 2023 result was declared on May 2. This year, more than 1.26 lakh students took the entrance examination.
