WWE fans witnessed some high-level wrestling as NXT made a return to the Performance Centre in Orlando, Florida. The episode, which aired yesterday, featured six fights.
The latest episode of WWE NXT night kicked off with Donovan Dijak taking on Shawn Spears in one-on-one action. Women’s action followed next as Jazmyn Nyx was up against Thea Hail. The fans also witnessed a women’s open challenge where Lola Vice competed against Natalya. Ilja Dragunov was advertised to compete against Channing “Stacks” Lorenzo on the night. The main event of this week’s NXT saw some tag-team action as the Wolf Dogs took on the Alpha Academy.
Ridge Holland speaks
Ridge Holland made his way to the ring and addressed the rumours of his potential departure. He talked about how he knew that this day would arrive one day but did not expect it to come this soon. Holland then revealed that he would be stepping away from WWE due to mental health reasons. At the end of his speech, he laid down his microphone in the ring. As fans thanked the wrestling superstar, Holland made his way backstage.
Lola Vice gets a challenger
Lola Vice said that no one in the locker room could handle her. She talked about the open challenge that she had issued and said that she was ready for anyone who walked down that ramp. Natalya entered and soon the match was underway. Vice went after Natalya quickly with forearms. She then targeted Natalya’s midsection with left and right hands. Soon Karmen Petrovic made her way to ringside as Natalya delivered a Discus Lariart. Vice recovered and landed a kick but eventually got rolled into a pinfall defeat.
Wolf Dogs’ big moment
Having won their tag-team match on the night against the Alpha Academy, Wolf Dogs ensured that the tag-team title match at Stand & Deliver was a straight two-on-two tag-team match. Once the match was over, Good Brothers, LWO, Axiom and Nathan Frazer appeared at ringside. They next got engaged in a brawl as the show went off air.

Donovan Dijak vs Shawn Spears – Dijak beat Spears with a Feast Your Eyes.
Jazmyn Nyx vs Thea Hail – Hail beat Nyx by submission off the Double Wrist Lock.
Lola Vice vs. Natalya – Natalya won the match using a Cradle Pin.
Channing “Stacks” Lorenzo vs Ilja Dragunov – Dragunov won by pinfall beating Stacks with a Charging uppercut.
Duke Hudson vs Josh Briggs – Briggs took the win via pinfall with a lariat.
Alpha Academy vs Wolf Dogs – Wolf Dogs picked up the win after Breakker landed a spear on Tozawa.
