Urvashi Dholakia has been out of action for some time now and is currently recovering from neck surgery. The TV actress has now shared a throwback video of her Lakshadweep trip showcasing the mesmerising beauty of the Indian island. Urvashi took to her Instagram handle and shared the clip which showed her enjoying her tour to the fullest.

“All about when I was in Lakshadweep what a beauty,” she wrote in the caption. Lakshadweep, comprising 36 coral islands, is one of the ultimate destinations for adventure lovers and tourists seeking an unusual getaway. The place is known for extensive white-sand beaches, turquoise lagoons and vibrant marine life. Surrounded by the Arabian Sea and the Indian Ocean, Lakshadweep is a paradise for nature and water sports enthusiasts.

As soon as Urvashi posted the video, her fans were quick to drop their comments. A user said, “Water baby on her mission.” Another wrote, “Lakshadweep has become even more beautiful since your visited. Gorgeous Looking My Love.”

The actress’ video comes at a time when several celebrities from the industry expressed their solidarity with India in the recent Lakshadweep-Maldives controversy. It all started when three deputy ministers of the Maldives posted disrespectful comments on social media regarding Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s recent trip to the Indian island. The celebs also resorted to social media and encouraged people to visit Lakshadweep. Some even cancelled their upcoming tours to the Maldives in an attempt to show their dissatisfaction.

Earlier, the actress had shared a health update regarding her neck surgery and mentioned that there was a long way to recovery. After the discharge, she was supposed to take bed rest for 20 days.

On the work front, Urvashi Dholakia recently featured in the celebrity dance reality show, Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 11, as a contestant. She also starred in Pushpa Impossible and played the role of Devi Singh Shekhawat.
