The board exams for Class 5 will commence on April 15 with the English paper, concluding with the third language paper on April 20.

The schedule for the class 5 board examination was recently announced in Rajasthan, with exams scheduled to begin on April 15. A total of 32,638 candidates will be sitting for the examinations this time. In Karauli district, the authority has designated 379 government schools as examination centres. General students will have one and a half hours to complete each paper. Students with special needs will get an additional hour.

The board exams for class 5 will commence on April 15 with the English paper, concluding with the third language paper (Sanskrit/Urdu/Sindhi) on April 20. The schedule includes the Hindi paper on April 16, Mathematics on April 18 and Environmental Studies paper on April 19. During these examinations, students will have only one day off on April 17 for Ram Navami.

Disabled students will be allotted an extra hour, while regular students will have one and a half hours for the exam. Additionally, certain categories of children will receive an additional hour. Students who are blind, visually impaired, affected by polio, congenital paralysis, myopia, or deaf-mute will be given an additional hour to complete their paper. They must provide a certificate confirming a disability of 40 per cent or higher. Students with a 75% disability will be provided with writers.

In Karauli district, preparations for the class 5 board examination include the establishment of 379 centres across 8 blocks. Senior lecturer Mahesh Babu Gupta, overseeing the examination process, noted that there are a total of 32,638 candidates from class 5 in the district. These candidates will be accommodated in 379 government schools serving as examination centres. Additionally, 18 collection and evaluation centres have been established for the smooth conduct of the examinations.

The Board of Secondary Education, Rajasthan, announced the registration date for RBSE Class 5 and Class 8 exams last month. The registration process began on January 12, 2024.
