Parliament Winter Session 2023 LIVE: Day 15 of Parliament’s Winter Session on Monday is expected to be stormy with Opposition MPs demanding statements from PM Narendra Modi and HM Amit Shah on major security breach in Lok Sabha. Parties associated with the INDIA bloc may also raise the issue of suspension of 14 MPs–13 from Lok Sabha and 1 from Rajya Sabha. Treasury Bench, meanwhile, is likely to table the Telecommunications Bill 2023 in Lok Sabha today. The Cabinet had cleared the bill in August, which aims to replace the 138-year-old Indian Telegraph Act that governs the telecom sector.
