NIFT 2024: Those who took the exam and wish to raise any challenge to the answer key will have to pay Rs 200 per question

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has issued the provisional answer keys along with the question papers and recorded responses of NIFT 2024 on the official website at nift.ac.in. The last date to raise objection is February 19 by 11 pm. Those who took the exam and wish to raise any challenge to the answer key will have to pay Rs 200 per question. The exam was conducted on February 5 in two shifts for admission to BDes and BFTech, MDes, MFM and MFTech, and Ph.D. degree programmes at the institute.

“The Provisional Answer Keys of Shift 1 (General Aptitude Test) along with the Question Papers with Recorded Responses have been uploaded on the website https://exams.nta.ac.in/NIFT for interested candidates to submit challenge to the Provisional Answer Keys (if any) online by paying non-refundable processing fee of ₹ 200/- (Rupees Two Hundred Only) per question challenged,” states the official notice by the agency.

NIFT 2024 answer key: How to download?

Step 1: Go to the official website — exams.nta.ac.in/NIFT

Step 2: Look for the link that reads “NIFT 2024 provisional answer key” and click on it

Step 3: A PDF file containing the answer key will be displayed on the screen.

Step 4: Save and print a copy of the NIFT 2024 answer key for future reference.

The General Ability Test (GAT) of the NIFT 2024 exam was administered via computer-based testing (CBT), whereas the Creative Ability Test (CAT) will be administered via paper-based testing (PBT). The question paper was made available in both Hindi and English.

“If challenge(s) made by the candidate is found correct, the Answer Key will be revised and applied in the response of all the candidates accordingly. Based on the revised Final Answer Keys, the result will be prepared and declared. No individual candidate will be informed about the acceptance/nonacceptance of his/her challenge. The Keys finalized by the Experts after the settlement of the challenge will be final,” the NTA added.
