JKSSB Sub Inspector Recruitment PST/PET 2023 Results Released at jkssb.nic.in – News18

The Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board has declared the results for those who have qualified for the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) or Physical Standard Test (PST) 2023 for sub-inspector posts. Candidates who took the JKSSB sub inspector recruitment exam can view and obtain their results on the official website, jkssb.nic.in. According to the official website, 313 individuals qualified for the JKSSB sub-inspector PET/PST test.

The official notice reads, “The list of candidates who have qualified the PST/PET for the post of Sub Inspector (Home Department) advertised vide Notification No. 06 of 2021 conducted on 17-12-2023 at Gulshan Ground, Jammu is hereby notified for the information of candidates as Annexure A to this Notice.”

Follow the procedures below to check the list of qualified candidates:

Step 1 – Log In to JKSSB’s official website at jkssb.nic.in.

Step 2 – Click on the “Notice regarding Conduct of Physical Standard Test (PST)/Physical Endurance Test(PET) for the post of Sub Inspector, Home Department” .

Step 3 – A PDF file will open, allowing candidates to double-check their names and roll numbers.

Step 4 – Download the file and retain a physical copy for future reference.

The JKSSB SI written test was held at various exam centres around the state from December 7 to December 20, 2022. The tentative answer key was made available on December 30, and the objection period ended on January 2, 2023. On November 3, the JKSSB SI final answer key 2023 was released. The final results were declared on November 4, 2023. Those who qualified the written exam were eligible for the PST/PET round.

Meanwhile, JKSSB held the written examination for the Panchayat Secretary position on December 10 and the answer key for the same was released on December 12. Candidates could raise objections in person at the JKSSB offices in CPO Chowk, Panjtirthi, Jammu, or Zamzum Building, Rambag, Srinagar. An objection fee of Rs 200 per question must be paid to the JKSSB Account Officer.

Candidates will secure one mark each for every accurate answer, and there will be negative markings for wrong responses. The examiners will deduct 0.25 marks for every incorrect answer. No marks will be awarded or deducted for unattempted questions. The number of positions, candidate count, exam difficulty level, and other factors will all have an impact on the cut-off. The results are expected to be available in January 2024.
