UP Board Results 2024: Farrukhabad Toppers Share Tips For Students – News18

The Uttar Pradesh Board Class 10 and 12 exams results were declared on Saturday, April 20. Many students have won laurels in this exam including two girls from Farrukhabad named Kalpana Rathore and Upasana Yadav. Kalpana has achieved 9th position at the state level whereas Upasana got 1st position at the district level exam in the class 12 exams.

Both have scored 96.2 per cent by securing 481 marks out of 500. In an interview with the Local 18 Uttar Pradesh, Kalpana and Upasana credited regular preparation for their success in the intermediate examinations.

Kalpana, a resident of Fatehpur Rai Saheb village, Farrukhabad said that she studied for 8 hours a day to achieve the ninth position in Uttar Pradesh. She hails from an impoverished background as her father, an agent in a company is the sole earning member of the family. Despite the difficult circumstances, Kalpana’s father always used to encourage her to study well. In the interaction, she talked about her aspiration to become a teacher and help the society and country become educated.

On the other hand, Upasana also remained concentrated on her goal to perform well in the examinations. She decided to make productive use of social media for the exams and started learning study lectures from YouTube. This helped Upasana clear the doubts she had while preparing for the education curriculum.

While focussing on YouTube, she didn’t skip school and toiled hard in her studies at school and home as well. Besides these things, another strategy that helped her a lot in her quest to emerge as a topper in exams was the practice of note-making. Upasana regularly made notes of the subjects due to which she got a brilliant command of them.

Upasana dreams of becoming a fighter pilot as she has aspired to serve the country since childhood. She said that anyone can accomplish their goals if they have a burning desire to achieve them. According to her, working hard and studying regularly are the two solutions to accomplish the goals. Upasana credits her parents, brother, and sister-in-law for being a pillar of support during the examinations.
