Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP) recently declared the results of Class 10th and 12th boards. As per reports, 89.55 percent of students passed Class 10th, while in Class 12th, 82.60 percent passed. This time, Amroha gained attention after Kajal Singh secured the second position in the state in Class 12th examination. Kajal Singh is a student of Ram Saran Das Inter College of Salempur Gosai and has brought laurels to the district by securing the second position in Uttar Pradesh in Class 12 boards. The daughter of a government teacher, Kajal scored 488 marks out of 500 in the UP Board Exams. She has secured 97.60 percent.

She scored 97 marks in Hindi, 96 in English, 97 in Physics, 99 in Chemistry and 99 in Mathematics. When asked about her exceptional feat, Kajal Singh in an interview with Local18 revealed that her success was possible only through hard work and dedication.

She credited her parents and teachers for her accomplishments. She used to study for at least six to seven hours every day. Instead of going to a coaching class, she used to do self-study. Kajal Singh added that in the era of social media, one should make a timetable and adhere to that. The timetable should be made in a way that all the tasks listed in it can be completed. She further stated that if the tasks are completed on time, it will boost self-confidence and make it easier to achieve the goal.

In the interview, she revealed that she secured the 5th position in the district in Class 10th. Kajal Singh worked extra hard to ensure better results and has now brought pride to her family, community and the city as well. When asked about how to beat exam fear, she advised students to be fully prepared. She suggested that students should refer to PYQ (Previous Year Question papers) of three years as it will give one an idea about the test paper.
