Ukraine launched its deepest strike inside Russia yet with drone attacks on industrial facilities in the province of Tatarstan. The Taneco refinery, Russia’s third largest, has an annual production capacity of more than 17 million tons. Russia said its troops destroyed a sixth US-made Abrams tank of the Ukrainian army in the Avdiivka area. Estonian Defense Minister Hanno Pevkur claimed every NATO member already has military personnel in Ukraine. Germany will support Ukraine with 180,000 rounds of artillery shells as a contribution to a Czech-led plan to buy ammunition for Ukraine.
