1. Banana – 1 chopped

2. Apple- 1 chopped

3. Grapes – 8-10 half cut

4. Melon – 1 bowl

5. Cucumber–1 bowl

6. Pomegranate – 1 small cup

7. Curd – 2 cups

8. Cream – 100 grams

9. Sugar- 2 spoons

10. Cardamom powder- 1/2 teaspoonful

11. Rock salt – as per requirement

12. Roasted cumin – 1/2 teaspoonful

Method

1. The very first step to prepare the Fruit Raita involves cleaning all the fruits thoroughly with water.

2. Remove the banana’s peel and then cut it into small pieces. Repeat the process with apples, grapes, melon, and cucumber as well.

3. Now, put curd in a big bowl and add cream and sugar to it for the taste. They mix these ingredients well.

4. Now, add all the chopped fruits and pomegranate seeds to the curd and mix them. Add cardamom powder to the mixture and keep it in the fridge for a while, so it can cool down.

5. If you want your Raita to be salty, you can do that by simply adding rock salt and roasted cumin powder.
