The State Bank of India (SBI) has started the online registration process for the recruitment of Probationary Officers. The official deadline for the submission of the application forms is September 27. The SBI PO exam notification was released on September 6 at sbi.co.in along with the exam dates. SBI has announced 2,000 vacancies for the position this year.

Candidates will be required to upload their category certificates along with their 10th and 12th mark sheets and graduation degrees. A handwritten declaration, a passport-size photograph, their left thumb impression, and their signature will also be required as a part of the online application process.

Educational Qualification: Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognised university or institute.

Age limit: Candidates should not be more than 21 or less than 30 years of age to be eligible for the role of SBI PO. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is available to candidates belonging to reserved categories.

Candidates must note that a fee of Rs 750 will be levied on the general, EWS, and OBC categories. SCs, STs, and PwBDs are not required to pay an application fee.
