Russia’s domestic intelligence agency FSB claimed to have foiled a terrorist plot in the country’s southern Stavropol Region. The FSB said that it had detained three suspects, all nationals of a yet to be named Central Asian state.The agency announced the raid on March 29 and released footage showing the arrest of the suspects by heavily armed operatives. The announcement came exactly a week after the assault on a Moscow concert hall killed at least 144 people.
