Ahead of the 2024 Lok Sabha elections, Jayant Chaudhary’s RLD has confirmed an alliance with the Bharatiya Janata Party in Uttar Pradesh. According to the seat-sharing agreement, the RLD will contest two Lok Sabha seats, Baghpat and Bijnor.
The party has also been promised a Rajya Sabha seat.
