Realme is bringing some of its premium features to the budget 5G lineup in India, which includes the promise of 2 OS upgrades.
Realme 12x smartphone has launched in India this week, and the latest budget 5G phone brings an interesting set of features to the segment for buyers. The new Realme phone not only brings a high-refresh screen to the market but also gives you a fast-charging battery that has been a rarity for most people. You are also getting an IP rating which is no easy feat from the company.
Realme 12x Price In India
Realme 12x has launched in India starting with the 4GB + 128GB variant that costs Rs 11,999 and if you need the 6GB RAM model, the price goes up to Rs 13,499. You also get the 8GB + 128GB variant priced at Rs 14,999. There are additional discounts via bank offers available that brings the final price further down.
Realme 12x Features
Realme 12x comes with a 5000mAh battery that supports 45W wired charging speed. We have mostly seen phones support up to 33W in this range, so the bump in charging speed is welcome. That’s not all, you’re getting a big 6.72-inch 120Hz display which doesn’t feature an AMOLED panel and that’s fine. Realme 12x is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 6100+ chipset with 6GB RAM and up to 128GB storage.
The phone features a dual-rear camera system with a 50MP sensor and a 2MP sensor. The front of the phone gets an 8MP shooter. Realme is offering Android 14 out of the box with the promise of 2 OS updates and three years of security updates.
