PS Plus Deluxe and Extra users, this month, get a slew of new games this month including action RPGs, episodic horror, soulslike games, and more.

Sony has revealed new games coming to the PS Plus game catalog for the month of October. Notably, these games will be available for PS Plus Deluxe/Premium and PS Plus Extra subscribers starting on October 17.

This month, users will receive a selection of games that includes action RPGs, episodic horror, soulslike games, and other classic titles for PS Plus Premium and Deluxe subscribers.

Notably, the games being added this month include many horror games to get into the Halloween and fall spirit, and other classics like Tekken 6 for some couch gaming sessions.

In related news, Sony has also unveiled a new PS5 model that comes with a slimmer, more compact profile. Available in both disc and digital models, the new PS5 also introduces the option to add an attachable disc drive later for the PS5 digital version.

The new PS5 will be available from November later this year, but the digital variant has notably jumped in price, now costing $449, up from $399. Moreover, the disc drive for the digital model will be sold as a separate accessory for $79 (approximately Rs 6,500), giving users the ability to play their disc-based games library.
