Over 4,000 Women To Get Employment At Two-day Job Fair In Meerut – News18

Diwali 2023 is going to be special for women in Uttar Pradesh, especially for those who are seeking jobs in the private sector. According to News 18, the UP Regional Service Planning Office and Skill Development Mission, along with Raghunath Girls Post Graduate College, will conduct a job fair on Monday, November 6, and Tuesday, November 7.

More than 4,000 eligible female candidates are expected to receive their offer letters during this job fair, as per reports. Shashi Bhushan Upadhyay, Assistant Director of the Regional Service Planning Office, recently informed that representatives from 22 firms will attend the two-day expo on November 6 and representatives from 18 companies will attend on November 7. He further stated that candidates from the tenth (Class 10) to the postgraduate (PG) level, as well as women working in technical fields, are welcome to attend the meeting and participate in the interview. Those who pass the interview will be paid between Rs 8,000 and Rs 27,000, depending on their merit.

Those interested in participating in the Youth Employment Fair can go to the official websites of all service schemes. On the main portal, they will be given detailed information on which firms match their qualifications. In addition, registration is required to attend the employment fair. The interesting aspect of this job fair is that the majority of the companies are located in the Meerut region.

On the other hand, there is good news for the young aspirants of Bihar’s Bhojpur district. The District Planning Office is conducting a job camp on November 6, 2023. The job camp is being held at the Sadar Block Office for a total of 60 vacancies. The recruitment drive is being organised by the District Planning Office, and eligible candidates will be selected on the basis of merit.

Candidates should be between 18 and 30 years of age. Applicants will have to submit their registration fee, a recent passport-size photo, an updated résumé, and a few other documents. Candidates who are selected will be given Rs 13,000 to Rs 18,000 as salary.
