3. Eat Roasted Walnuts- Roasted walnuts can also be a nutritious option to eat in summer. Roasted walnuts can be consumed along with cooling herbs like fenugreek seeds, coriander seeds, and mint leaves. Walnuts can also be mixed with the curd as per the choices and preferences of the individual.

4. Soaked walnuts- Another best way to consume walnuts is to add their two pieces in water overnight and eat them on an empty stomach. Regular consumption of soaked walnuts also helps control weight and increases our body’s metabolism. It also helps in burning extra fat.
