NTPC Invites Applications For 11 Assistant Mine Surveyor Posts, Salary up to Rs 1.20 Lakh – News18

The National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC) Limited has invited online applications for the post of Assistant Mine Surveyor. Eligible candidates interested in applying for the offered post can visit the official website of NTPC at ntpc.co.in and register online. It is important to note that the application process is underway, and the last day to submit the application form online is December 8.

Under this recruitment drive, the corporation aims to recruit a total of 11 candidates for the Assistant Mine Surveyor posts. Out of which, 7 posts are for unreserved category candidates, 2 for Other Backward Class (OBC), and 1 post each for Economically Weaker Section (EWS) and Scheduled Caste (SC) candidates.

NTPC recruitment 2023: Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification: Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in Civil/Mining Engineering from a recognized University/Institution with a Surveyor’s Certificate of Competency issued by the Directorate General of Mines Safety (DGMS) for Open Cast Coal Mines.

Age Limit: Candidates must not be above 30 years of age to be eligible for the recruitment.

However, Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), and XSM categories and female candidates are exempt from paying the application fees.

Candidates will have to undergo an All India Online Selection Test. Following this, candidates will be selected for document verification based on category-wise merit. The selection test consists of two parts: a subject knowledge test and an executive aptitude test.

The pay scale for recruitment is selected as E0 Level with an Industrial Dearness Allowance (IDA) ranging from Rs 30,000 to Rs 1,20,000.
