A National Eligibility Entrance Test (NEET) aspirant died by suicide in Rajasthan’s Kota late on Sunday, making it the eighth case this year, reported Hindustan Times. The 20-year-old student was found hanging from the ceiling fan at his hostel, Kunhadi station house officer (SHO) Arvind Bharadwaj told the news agency. A native of Haryana’s Rohtak, he preparing for the medical college entrance exams in Kota.
