Putin ally Dmitry Medvedev mocked US President Biden’s latest gaffe where he mixed up Ukraine and the Middle East. Medvedev, who serves as deputy chair of the Russian Security Council, posted a short clip of the gaffe calling Biden “a rare kind of idiot”.
