He mentioned that Raisinghani vs. Raisinghani is not like any other show and has many ‘ups and downs.’ He added that their roles call for physical intimacy between the characters. For Karan, if he does not know his co-actor well, he remains worried about “not crossing the line and making them uncomfortable” However, with Jennifer Winget, he is at ease owing to their years long friendship. He stated, “I’ve known her for some 10-15 years now, so it’s easy. It’s so comfortable because you know each other so well, that small things make a lot of difference not just in acting but just by helping each other to grow. It’s always fun to work with friends.”

While Jennifer Winget and Karan Wahi were much adored in their first show together, their fans missed them for years. Shedding light on why they were not cast together ever since their stint on Dill Mill Gayye ended, Karan said he wondered why makers didn’t think about casting them for a show again. Karan, however, reasoned, “But probably there was a time when she was doing television, and I wasn’t doing television, I was hosting. So sometimes I think makers also can’t think about you together. Eventually all is well that ends well.”
