Jharkhand Board 12th Result 2024: In 2023, the passing percentage for the Science stream was 81.45 per cent, the Arts stream was 95.97 per cent, and the Commerce stream was 88.60 per cent.
The Jharkhand Academic Council (JAC) will declare the Class 12th or inter-final examination results today, April 30 at 11 am. When released, students can check and download the Jharkhand board Class 12 results at jac.jharkhand.gov.in or jacresults.com using their roll codes and roll numbers.
Jharkhand Board 12th Result 2024: pass percentage over the years
Till the results are out, let’s take a look at the pass percentages over the years
Last year’s JAC Class 12 Arts, Science, and Commerce results were released on May 30. In 2023, the passing percentage for the Science stream was 81.45 per cent, the Arts stream was 95.97 per cent, and the Commerce stream was 88.60 per cent.
The overall pass rate in 2022 was an astounding 97.42 per cent. In the science stream, 66,000 students took the exam, with an overall pass rate of 91.43 per cent. There were 23,722 students that sat for the commerce exam, and the overall pass rate was 92.74 per cent. Meanwhile, 184,425 candidates appeared for the arts stream exam, with an overall pass rate of 97.42 per cent.
In 2021, the overall pass percentage in all three streams was 90.71 per cent and in 2020 it was 77.37 per cent. Additionally, in 2019, the JAC recorded the lowest pass percentage which was 69.14 per cent, when compared to the above four years.
Jharkhand Board 12th Result 2024: How To Check?
Step 1: Go to the main site of jac.jharkhand.gov.in or jacresults.com.
Step 2: On the homepage, look for and click on the ‘Inter Science, Arts or Commerce result’ link, when it is activated.
Step 3: Enter the credentials asked and click on submit.
Step 4: The Jharkhand Board 12th Result 2024 will appear on the screen.
Apart from the official website, the Jharkhand Board 12th Result 2024 will be available via SMS and DigiLocker. This year, JAC conducted the Class 12 exam from February 6 to February 26 from 2 PM to 5:20 PM at several centres across the state. About 3.4 lakh students had appeared for the intermediate exam in 2024.
