Incentives for ACIO Officer

1. City Compensatory Allowance: CCA is granted to employees under Tier I to compensate for the expenses of living in a metropolitan city. Sometimes, allowances are also granted to employees working in tier-2 cities.

2. Medical Allowances: IB ACIO also gets medical allowances to cover the medical bills of the employees and their dependents.

3. Mileage Allowances: As per the Seventh Pay Commission, employees get mileage allowances. These allowances cover the cost of travel of at least 8 km or more during office hours.
