In her Instagram clip, Rubina Dilaik shared a glimpse of extensive hair fall and expressed being unaware of all the changes.
Rubina Dilaik is on a remarkable chapter in her life—parenthood. TV actors Rubina Dilaik and Abhinav Shukla welcomed their twin daughters Edhaa and Jeeva in November last year. While embracing motherhood is undeniably beautiful, it entails significant physical, emotional and mental shifts, particularly for a new mother. And Rubina Dilaik, like many others, is navigating through these transformations.
In one of her recent vlogs, Rubina Dilaik shared she was unaware of all the changes a woman goes through during and post-pregnancy. To educate her followers about the challenges, she discussed her experience with postpartum hair loss.
“Today, I’m not feeling beautiful at all,” Rubina Dilaik said as she documented her hair fall. She added, “Postpartum hair fall, serious hair fall. No one told us about this that so much hairfall will happen whenever I comb.”
Discussing further, the TV actress mentioned, “My hair has become very rough. But nonetheless, I think this is part and parcel of the motherhood journey. There are many things that I shared with my guests on Kisine Bataya Nahi-The Motherhood journey.”
Before concluding her video, Rubina Dilaik aims to support moms-to-be and urges all expecting mothers to not be scared of it when they experience it. Her video title read, “So much happening”, while her caption stated, “Kisine btaya nahi.”
Previously, Rubina Dilaik who gave birth via C-section, shared her amazing physical transformation journey on Instagram. She posted a photo and a video that gave her Instagram family a sneak peek of her transformation “from November 2023 to January 2024”. The first slide depicted two mirror selfies of Rubina—one was the picture of her during pregnancy and the second was her after 36 days of giving birth to her twins. On swiping right, the post featured Rubina Dilaik indulging in different workouts.
In December 2023, Rubina Dilaik and Abhinav Shukla revealed their daughters’ names. “Excited and extremely happy to share that our daughters, Jeeva and Edhaa are one month old today… Universe blessed us on the auspicious day of Gurpurab,” they wrote in a joint post and asked their fans and followers for blessings.
Rubina Dilaik and Abhinav Shukla tied the knot in June 2018.
