Manish Sharma, a bullion trader and member of the Indian Bullion Jewellers Association, has revealed that an increase in the prices of gold and silver has been seen in recent times. He added that there has been no major movement in the price of silver per kilogram. As of today, January 16, the average price of silver in Jharkhand is around Rs 78,300 per kg. Manish Sharma also added that an increase of Rs 150 has been seen in the price of 22 carat and 24 carat gold. 22 carats of gold were sold for Rs 59,600 last evening,that is January 15. Today, its price has been fixed at Rs 59,750. At the same time, on Monday, people bought 24 carat gold at the rate of Rs 62,580 per 10 grams. Even today, on January 16, its price has been fixed at Rs 62,740. That means a jump of Rs 160 has been seen in the price of gold.
