The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) is seeking online applications for free online centralised classes. These online classes are for students who are preparing for the executive and professional programme exams under the new syllabus introduced in 2022. Candidates willing to register for ICSI CS June 2024 free coaching can do so through icsi.edu.
The coaching sessions will be provided free of charge for students appearing in the June 2024 CS examination. It is to be noted that the classes, which began on March 22, will run until May 1, 2024.
ICSI announced that students will be taught by experienced faculty members, and exclusive sessions will be hosted and led by experts as part of their invitation to free online classes. In addition to that, enrolled students can also access doubt-clearing sessions for free.
This initiative by ICSI aims to provide a significant advantage to students preparing for the CS exam by offering them comprehensive exam preparation materials without any financial burden, thereby giving them a significant edge in their exam readiness.
ICSI CS June 2024: Exam Schedule
Here is the schedule of classes for various programme offered by the institute:
Executive Programme (New syllabus) Group I
Corporate Accounting and Financial management: 10 am to 12:30 pm
Professional Programme Elective Paper (New Syllabus) – Group I (Paper- 4)
4.1 CSR and social governance: 10 am to 12:30 pm
4.2 Internal and forensic audit: 7 am to 9:30 am
4.4 Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics and cyber security- Law and Practice: 10 am to 12: 30 pm
Professional Programme Elective Paper (New Syllabus) – Group II (Paper- 7)
7.1 Arbitration mediation and conciliation: 4:15 pm to 6:45 pm
7.2 Good and service tax (GST) and corporate tax planning: 4:15 pm to 6:45 pm
7.3 Labour law and practice: 1:30 pm to 4 pm
7.4 Banking and insurance – law and practice: 4:15 pm to 6:45 pm
7.5 Insolvency and bankruptcy- Law and Practice: 1:30 pm to 4 pm
Meanwhile, the CS June 2024 exam dates have been revised by the institute for the CS Executive and CS Professional programs. According to the revised dates, the CS Executive exam will now be conducted from June 2 to June 9, while the CS Professional exam will be held from June 2 to June 10. Earlier, the exam was scheduled to begin on June 1 and conclude on June 10.
“The revised timetable has been released for the Executive program (Syllabus 2017, 2022) and the Professional program (Syllabus 2017, 2022),” the ICSI notification read.
Furthermore, candidates have been allotted an extra 15 minutes to go through the ICSI CS question paper from 9 am to 9:15 am. The Institute has booked June 11, June 12, June 13, and June 14 to meet any emergencies.
