HCL Tech has announced its Q4 financial results.

IT major HCL Technologies on Friday reported a net profit of Rs 3,986 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2024, which is the same as Rs 3,983 crore a year. Its revenue during January-March 2024 stood at Rs 28,499 crore, which is 7.11 per cent higher than the Rs 26,606 crore reported in the year-ago period.
On a quarterly basis, HCL’s net profit declined 8.36 per cent as compared with Rs 4,350 in the December 2023 quarter. Its revenue was flat in Q4 FY24 as compared with the Rs 28,446 reported in Q3 FY24.
The company’s board of directors has declared an interim dividend of Rs 18 per equity share of Rs 2 each of the company for the financial year 2024-25.
