However, there’s a twist in the tale as Dilip Joshi’s character, Jethalal, informed everyone that he would be absent from the celebrations due to a business meeting. In the midst of their hectic shooting schedules, actors often find themselves working tirelessly and Dilip has made a wise decision to take a short break and spend quality time with his family.

According to a latest report, it seems like fans might have to brace themselves for a few weeks without their favourite Jethalal. As per ETimes report, a source close to the actor told, “Dilip Joshi has taken a break from his show and is currently on a short religious trip to Tanzania with his family. The actor is in Daresalaam for a special occasion that is happening in the Swaminarayan temple.”

In a recent episode of Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, Dilip Joshi candidly shared the news about his short break. During the Ganesh Chaturthi celebrations in the show, he welcomed the idol and even performed the first aarti. However, he later informed everyone that he would be leaving to meet a colleague in Indore, due to which he’ll miss the Ganpati celebrations at the Gokuldham Society.

Meanwhile, the beloved TMKOC actor, who made his Instagram debut in 2021, has been quite active on the platform, regularly sharing life updates with his fans. However, in recent weeks, the actor has taken a step back from social media, refraining from posting any photos or videos from his trip. In his most recent post, he discussed the construction of a religious site in Abu Dhabi. Sharing a video about the project, the actor wrote, “Jay Swaminarayan. Extending this heartfelt invitation for such a momentous and joyous occasion.”

Ever since Dilip Joshi entered the entertainment industry, he has established himself as a highly skilled actor.
