The Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Thursday submitted documents pertaining to the Delhi Chief Minister’s role in the ongoing liquorgate probe
Delhi High Court on Thursday denied any interim protection from coercive action to the AAP national convenor Arvind Kejriwal in the excise policy scam case.
“At this stage, we are not inclined to grant an interim relief,” a bench headed by Justice Suresh Kumar Kait and Manoj Jain said.
The court, however, sought a response from the Enforcement Directorate (ED) on the fresh interim plea and listed the matter for April 22, 2024.
