China said that it firmly opposes “interference” in Taiwan after a US Congressional delegation arrived in Taipei. China also slammed the US State Department’s approval for the sale of a $75 million advanced tactical data link system upgrade to Taiwan. The remarks come after Mike Gallagher, chairman of the US House of Representatives select committee on China, arrived in Taiwan. Gallagher heads a five-member delegation that met Taiwan’s President Tsai Ing-wen and Vice President Lai Ching-te. Watch the video to know more about their meeting.
