Quoting the sculptor, Kumawat an Indian Express report said that the final touches will be given to the statue during the upcoming summer months before the unveiling.

Kumawat has also constructed Canada’s former tallest Hanuman statue, measuring 50 feet situated at the Voice of Vedas temple.

He has also built a 75-foot Samudra Manthan mural as part of the Central Vista project in the new parliament building in Delhi, which depicts an episode from Hinduism’s Vishnu Puran involving the churning of the sea.

Renowned for his monumental sculptures, Kumawat has worked extensively in several countries, including England, the US, Australia, Poland, Mauritius, Seychelles, Dubai, Oman, and Russia.

The Rajasthani artist’s portfolio includes notable figures such as Swami Vivekananda, Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, Rabindranath Tagore, Indira Gandhi, Mahatma Gandhi, Martin Luther King, and Nelson Mandela.

The world’s tallest Hanuman statue, measuring a towering 180 feet tall is situated on the banks of the Vamsadhara River in Andhra Pradesh’s Srikakulam district.

A group of Mandapam devotees came up with the idea of the sculpture in 2005, following which a committee was formed in 2007 to develop the area on the banks of the Vasmadhara River. The construction of the statue was completed in 2009.
