As per reports, there are many such candidates whose age limit for government jobs has now expired. As per reports, the marriages of many girls broke off due to a lack of jobs.

In 2014, under the pilot project, a women’s special cell was formed in 23 police stations in the Patna district. At present, the posts of women counsellors are vacant in almost half of these police stations.
