The long-awaited Bihar Board class 12 intermediate examination 2024 results have been released by the Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) and students appear to have performed exceedingly well this year. The pass rate for this year has been recorded at 87.21 per cent, which is higher when compared to prior years.

A total of 11,26,439 passed the BSEB inter exam in 2024.  In the arts stream, 86.15 per cent cleared the exam while the number was 94.88 per cent in the commerce stream, and 87.80 passed in the science stream. In 2023, 83.70 per cent of students had passed the inter exams, whereas, in 2022, the Bihar board’s class 12 pass percentage was 80.15 per cent.

Bihar Intermediate Class 12 exams were held from February 1 to February 12. The tests were administered in two shifts: the morning session from 9:30 am to 12:45 pm, and the afternoon session from 2:00 pm to 5:15 pm.

There were a total of 12,91,684 students who took the Bihar Intermediate exams this year.
