Bigg Boss 17: Will Soniya Bansal Return As Wild Card Contestant? Her Reaction – News18

Salman Khan-hosted Bigg Boss 17 is going on in full swing. Contestants in the BB House are striving to complete the tasks, maintain a cordial equation with fellow participants, and inch a little closer to winning the trophy every day. Amidst the constant quarrels and drama, Soniya Bansal, Manasvi Mamgai, Navid Sole, and Jigna Vora have already been evicted from the reality show. Now, in a recent media interaction, former BB contestant Soniya, who was also the first person to be evicted has shared her thoughts on her return to Bigg Boss 17 as a wild card contestant.

A video of Soniya Bansal’s conversation with the media was dropped on Instagram by Telly Chakkar. In the video, when the paparazzi asked the actress whether she was willing to make a wild card entry to the BB House, Soniya revealed that she was not interested anymore as she is busy with her lineup of work commitments. “I don’t think I’ve that kind of interest in going back on Bigg Boss 17, the show was just a beginning for me, I got plenty of work in the pipeline, which will release soon. I cannot be just doing Bigg Boss. I am happy that the audience liked my start, and there is nothing like that now, if something develops, I’ll share it with everyone,” she said.

Soniya Bansal further shared her opinion on the quick eviction of Orhan Awatramani aka Orry in Bigg Boss 17 who appeared in the show as a wild card participant for a mere 3 days. “I think he should have stayed longer and made the show entertaining, if not change the game” opined Soniya. The actress added that according to her, the participants inside the House were low on “energy levels” causing irritation and them feeling down all the time. She urged the BB House makers to spice things up a little and change the dull environment by “introducing someone new.”

Sharing a bit about her upcoming projects, Soniya Bansal shed light on the new song that she recently wrapped up shooting for, confirming that it will be out soon. Expressing her desire to be a part of films, Soniya said, “I am interested in movies; I hope Salman Khan offers me something exciting”.

On the work front, Soniya Bansal will next be seen in director Vikranth Srinivas’ Telugu film Dheera and G Ashok’s Yes Boss.
