In a recent Instagram post, Arti Singh shed light on her struggles with panic attacks. “I get up and fight it because I have to shoot and perform,” she said.

Arti Singh, a well-known figure in the realm of Indian television and a former contestant on Bigg Boss 13, has been a familiar face for many years. Having embarked on her television career in 2007, she has garnered a dedicated fanbase through her notable roles in various daily soap operas. While actors are often perceived as living a glamorous life, the reality can be quite different, as the entertainment industry comes with its unique set of challenges. Arti has consistently been candid about her mental health journey in the past.

In a recent Instagram post, she shed light on her personal struggles with panic attacks and anxiety. Through her post, she shared her day-to-day experiences and the strategies she employs to manage these challenges while fulfilling her work commitments.

She explained, “There are times when you feel alone and numb. I have been too open about my panic attacks and I have been getting them lately. Where I feel I’m alone and every day I get up and fight it because I have to shoot and perform. But I also know I’m fighter and nothing stays same. Everything changes with time and it’s ok.”

“I have been always vocal about it, because I know there are so many going thru and quite. Just want to say you are not alone. There is someone watching over you. Woh uparwala hai aur wohi himmat deta hai. I don’t care who thinks what, I just know may be someone who reads this get to know you are not alone. God bless you all. Keep your smile intact, world needs it. You are beautiful,” Arti Singh added.

During her time as a contestant on Bigg Boss 13, Arti Singh experienced a panic attack inside the house. She openly discussed what was arguably one of the most triggering moments of her life in a public forum. In July, she responded to Cyrus Broacha’s mental breakdown on Bigg Boss OTT 2. Cyrus had made the difficult decision to voluntarily exit the show due to struggles with health issues.

Reacting to the same, the actress stated, “It can be very draining for people who are not used to politics and lack patience. They may feel stuck and want to leave. However, that is where their strength lies, in not giving up. They don’t have to prove anything to anyone; it’s their own journey. Even I have experienced panic attacks, but one has to be stronger than any given situation. I’m sure he will fight it.”

Arti Singh, who made her debut in the 2007 show Maayka, has made a mark in the television industry with appearances in popular daily soaps like Uttaran, Mahadev, Vikram Betaal Ki Rahasya Gatha, and Sasural Simar Ka. She was among the top 5 finalists in Bigg Boss 13 and was also seen in a comedy reality show, Comedy Nights Bachao. Currently, the actress is seen in Ummeed Ki Roshni Shravani.
