Amazon reportedly made a strange decision to cancel orders of its customers who bought the Samsung Galaxy Buds 2 Pro earbuds at Rs 2,899. Why? Amazon claims it is a technical issue related to pricing. Amazon had listed the Samsung Galaxy Buds 2 Pro for Rs 10,999 during its online sale recently, where people had the chance to use SBI credit cards and get a further discount of Rs 8,099 which brought the final price of the product to less than Rs 3,000.

It was hardly surprising to see many of them jump on the chance to buy the Galaxy Buds 2 Pro at such a price but their happiness was seemingly short-lived.

If you browse through social media regarding this subject, you will see that many people were able to order the Galaxy Buds 2 Pro for Rs 2,899 that comes via the SBI credit card discount. They have shared posts with visual proof to show that Amazon was really giving a fantastic deal on the premium product.

But the company decided to cancel the orders for the Galaxy Buds 2 Pro who managed to snag them at this price, and they were even communicated about this decision via an email as you can see here.

Many people who got the Buds 2 Pro at the special price even shared their angst at seeing the orders cancelled. Amazon even responded to one of those customers, explaining to them the reason for the orders not going through. Fast-forward to a few days after the product was listed again, Amazon revised its price to Rs 16,990 and still giving a discount of Rs 8,099 with SBI credit card but now the final price is much higher at around Rs 8,000 which is nowhere close to the bargain that people would have got for under Rs 3,000 on the Galaxy Buds 2 Pro earbuds.
