Baalveer has struck a chord with both kids and adults. Now, the makers gear up to release the fourth season of the fantasy fiction series.
Good news for all the Baalveer fans! The most-loved Indian Superhero show, featuring actor Dev Joshi in the titular role is all set to return with its fourth season. But there’s a twist this time. Baalveer Season 4 will not premiere on television, it will be streaming exclusively on the OTT platform Sony Liv. The fantasy fiction series has struck a chord with both kids and adults and now, the makers gear up for the release of its fourth season.
The show will stream on Sony Liv starting from May 6 at 7 PM every Monday to Friday. Taking to Instagram, Sony Liv India dropped a new promo for the forthcoming season that has raised fans’ excitement, especially kids.
Sony Liv India captioned the video, “New season, new villains, new challenges. India’s most loved superhero is back. Watch Balveer season 4 streaming from 6th May, Mon-Fri 7 PM, exclusively on Sony LIV.”
The promo begins with an introductory voiceover “Jab burai itni badh jaaye ki roke naa ruke, paap itna ho ki samandar lage to use aana hi padta hai.” Followed by Baalveer’s dialogue “Burai ko pata hi nahi ki achchai usse kai kadam aage hai. Ab mere agle kadam ki baari.”
The clip also featured a compilation of a few high on VFX- action sequences of Dev Joshi as Baalveer fighting with the evil forces to protect the world.
In the promo, Dev donned an all-black superhero costume of Baalveer which is similar to his look from the third season.
Apart from Dev, the new season will also star Aditi Sanwal as Kaashvi and Ada Khan as the evil antagonist Aageel. However, actress Ada Khan’s look has not been revealed in the latest promo.
Soon after the makers shared the promo for the upcoming season, fans swamped down the comment section and shared their reactions.
A user wrote, “Welcome back Baalveer.” Another user wrote, “Welcome back my favorite superhero.” A third user commented, “Finally wo din aa hi gaya.”
Baalveer, an Indian Fantasy Superhero show, first aired in 2012 on the channel Sony SAB with Dev Joshi in the lead role. The show instantly became kids’ favourite due to its engaging storyline, lovable characters, inspiring messages and visually appealing scenes.
The story revolves around a child, who is blessed with supernatural powers from six fairies from a fantasy land named Pari Lok. With his ultimate superpowers, Baalveer helps his friends and saves the world from evil forces.
