The All India Bar Examination (AIBE) 17 Certificate of Practice (COP) has been officially released by the Bar Council of India (BCI)
The Bar Council of India (BCI) released the certificate of practice (CoP) for the All India Bar Examination (AIBE) 17. The council has directed all lawyers to download their certificate of practice within two years of provisional enrollment. Lawyers can obtain the CoP by searching for AIBE in the Google Play Store. To obtain the Bar Council of India certificate, they must first complete the Bar Council of India registration form 2023.
“Dear Candidates, we would like to inform you that the Certificate of Practice (COP) for AIBE-XVII is now available in the AIBE application. You can download the application using the link provided below: Link: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.aibe or search for AIBE in the Google Play Store,” read the official website. Candidates will have to log in using their roll number and date of birth.
If lawyers find any errors in their name, father’s name, or enrolment number, then they can edit the information online. The application form will direct lawyers to attach supporting documents for the same. Lawyers are advised to attach their enrollment certificate so that the BCI can make the necessary changes.
Furthermore, the corrections must be submitted by Friday, December 15, 2023. This will be the final chance to make changes to the information; after this, no further changes will be permitted by the council. Lawyers can contact the helpdesk if they have any problems.
AIBE 17 (CoP): Check Minimum Qualifying Marks
–– For the General and Other Backward Class (OBC) category: 40 per cent of total marks.
–– For Schedule Caste (SC), Schedule Tribe (ST), and Person with Disabilities (PWD): 35 per cent of total marks.
On the other hand, the BCI recently issued the AIBE 18 admit card. The admit card is currently available on the official website at allindiabarexamination.com. To download the AIBE 18 hall ticket, candidates will have to visit the registration portal at allindiabarexamination.com. Candidates will also have to log in using their username and password on the main portal to access the admit card.
AIBE 18 Admit Card 2023: Steps To Download
Step 1: Visit the barcouncilofindia.org or allindiabarexamination.com.
Step 2: On the homepage, look for and click on the ‘AIBE XVIII admit card’ link.
Step 3: Then enter the registration number and other details as asked.
Step 4: The AIBE 18 admit card will appear on the screen.
Step 5: Check and download the hall ticket.
Meanwhile, as per the schedule, the AIBE 18 exam is all set to be conducted on December 10, 2023.
